Whenly is a collaborative scheduling app built for the messy middle between one-to-one booking tools and passive availability grids.
Instead of asking everyone to coordinate in messages, the host shares one link, participants submit their availability, and Whenly identifies the best time slots automatically – with AI-powered suggestions and reasoning on top.
The Challenge
Finding a time for several people usually means polls, messages, calendar checks and repeated follow-ups. The challenge was to remove that friction without forcing users into another complex scheduling workflow.
Our Approach
We designed a low-friction flow around one shared invite link, passwordless access, collaborative availability and automatic overlap detection. An AI layer then evaluates the responses and explains which meeting times are likely to work best.
